Half primary series led class followed by a short lecture on the "Five Most Important Habits to Support Your Daily Practice". Practice does not happen only on your mat, but also in many aspects of your life.

• Friday, 22 November 18:30-21:00

Half primary series led class followed by a short lecture on "Beginning Pranayama". We will discuss how to build a simple and powerful pranayama/breathing practice that can enhance your practice.

• Saturday, 23 November 9:00-12:00
Full primary led class followed by a guided meditation.

• Saturday, 23 November 13:00-16:00
An extended chanting session followed by a lecture on "Yama & Niyama: The Powerful Principles of Yoga Practice". The first two limbs of the Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali are Yama and Niyama, and are considered to be the philosophical foundation of deep practice. We will learn how the study of these principles can begin to develop a powerful and unshakeable mental and emotional base for practice.

Full primary led class followed by a guided meditation.

An extended chanting session followed by a lecture on "Beauty and Power of the Bhagavad Gita". In this lecture/discussion, we will reveal the fundamental aspects of this profound yoga text in such a way that each student can begin to harness the power and wisdom in practice. The Bhagavad Gita is perhaps the most important body of spiritual wisdom. Let us take this opportunity to actively study and apply the Gita in practice and in life!
