This workshop is suitable for regular Ashtanga practitioners and beginners alike. Back to Basics aims to take us to the base and foundation of every asana in the Primary Series. We will go over the alignment for each asana, distribution of weight, balance, drishti as well as self-adjustment. We'll also discuss bhandas and how to work with them throughout the practice, breath, strength, flexibility and delve into the practice further for a better and deeper understanding of the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga.
