Ashtanga Workshop for Beginners
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga workshop has the objective to discover or review the basic principals of the practice.
Type of Event
A workshop of 1h30, every tuesday from 7 to 8.30pm, during 6 weeks.
During these 6 Tuesday evenings we’ll cover in detail all important aspects for a confident and safe practice:
– Yoga philosophy
– Ujjayi breath
– Asana : detailed key poses
– Bandhas : internal locks
