Ashtanga workshop: Journey through the primary series.
Join us for our 2nd Journey through Ashtanga Yoga! Rooted in south India and the precursor to modern-day power, vinyasa and flow-type styles, is a practice of tristhana. Tristhana means three parts: Dristhi (gazing point), asana, and breath. Let's explore these as she goes through each pose with thorough explanation.
Type of Event
This workshop takes place on February 21st, 2016 at 12pm. We anticipate that this workshop will take 2 1/2 hours but may take up to 3 hours to complete depending on length of time it takes to introduce poses.

Please have at least six months of vinyasa-based yoga experience before attending.
