Full Description

Ashtanga Yoga: the practice of yoga improve health and promotes mental, physical and spiritual awareness, trough a form of stretching and an enhancer of breath control and core strength. Pratictioners will be guided in improving their listening skills with the aim of increased self awareness. The trainer will follow every student individually, giving attention to each person’s needs. For this reason, the practice may be soft and meditative, or strong and energetic, always giving attention to the breath .(teacher: Michele Nonis)
Kalaripayattu: Kalaripayattu is the oldest form of martial arts, hailing from India. It has two important aspects: it is a true defensive/offensive technique, as well as being a therapeutic art. Through knowledge of the Marma, the 108 vital points in the human body, it is capable of curing and revitalising the biological system. The ultimate objective of this martial art is not only the perfection of self-defence/attack techniques and the use of weapons, which are considered to be extensions of the body, but also the capacity to control and attenuate aggressiveness, developing full coordination of the mind and body.
