Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners
An introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series with an initial warm-up to prepare physically & mentally for the practice of Ashtanga. Some experience in yoga is preferable but not essential. Is important to be in a good physical condition with no injuries. Expect some cool rhythms interspersed with silence:)
Type of Event
A gradual immersion into Ashtanga with a 30-minute warm-up to build strength & flexibility while releasing the body from tension. We will finish the practice with a guided meditation.
