Full month of May introduction course to Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style
3 evenings per week at 17:00 Monday, Wednesday and Fridays + 1 full Saturday morning which will go from 10.00 to 13.30
The course is opened to beginners into yoga and also any other hatha yoga or vinyasa yoga practitioners who want to get started in Ashtanga Yoga.
We will teach you step by step the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, so that at the end of the course you can join comfortably our full Mysore Style program.
