Full Description
-Understand how and why we have come to eat what we eat today and what our natural diet is
-Learn about energy in food, and how easy it is to achieve a healthy, disease-free and fulfilled life as well as spiritual progress through the food you eat
-Discover easy foods & recipes for healing and happiness
-In combination we will practice Ashtanga Yoga Exercises, postures, breathing techniques & meditation for more inner awareness and fitness
