Daily Mysore Class in the mornings, afternoon classes discussing the important of Mulabunda, breath and asana, there will be a handstanding workshop, and 2 classes will focus on different adjustments in asanas to improve your own practice and assisting others

This very special retreat is taught by Vanessa Gilgoff, passing on a traditional method of Ashtanga yoga as taught by Sri K Pattahbi Jois. Vanessa has been doing yoga since the womb and has been around the teachings all of her life.
She is about to embark on a solo yoga tour of Europe and will bring her own sparkle and magic touch to the practice. She knows the method inside out and will work with you whereever you may be on that journey.
Her adjustments are strong and firm and she will guide you through the practice with assurance and encouragment.
There will be 4 days of self practice where Vanessa will work closely with developing your own individual practice, One afternoon session of Q&A's and two of playful adjustments and learning to help each other out.
