Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training

The training is designed for those who want to deepen and perfect their personal practice as well as for all who wish to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It also concerns human resources, therapists and healthcare professionals who would like to implement yoga as part of a stress management program. In addition to these professions, maintaining a daily practice is an excellent complement for professionals who rely heavily on their physical and mental health such as athletes, dancers, singers, and actors.

This program is created to give you a global understanding of yoga by training you in a holistic way. We will not only cover the physical aspects such as the asanas through group practices and teaching methodology, but we will also look at the fundamentals of yoga such as philosophy, chanting, anatomy, pranayama, yoga nidra, introduction to concentration and meditation.

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a diploma from Aix Yoga Center.

"I see yoga as a way to discover gradually our real nature and to bring more sensitivity, depth, richness and quality into our daily lives. My dream is to work together within a group that pays respect to the tradition and shares the essence of humanity."

Full Description

ANNE NOUTIO:
ashtanga yoga (travelling teacher)
I've always been interested in different bodily expressions. In 1995 I found the Ashtanga Yoga tradition and fell immediately in love with it. From that day on, I've practiced Ashtanga Yoga on a daily basis and I've also been teaching this tradition since 1996. I have a diploma in classical ballet, Vital Shiatsu and ReiKi. In addition to the asana practice of four series of Ashtanga, I practice meditation and chanting of mantras. I want to be very gentle in my adjustments. I listen to the breath and to the energies of the body to feel what's going on, how the body is reacting. From 1997 to 2001, I taught at the first Ashtanga studio in Finland then founded my own studio in Helsinki. Today, I'm a travelling teacher.

I was authorized to teach the Primary Series by Guruji (Sri K Pattabhi Jois) in 2002, and in 2009 to teach the Intermediate Series by Sharath Rangaswami.

TRAINING
KPJAYI-authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Mysore, India.
