Full Description

-Understand your body through the Science of Ayurveda (the “Science of Life”) and its system of The 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space/Ether)
-Find out about YOUR Body Type or Dosha (Kapha, Pitta, Vata) and how to stay in balance through the right food, the right activity and the right affirmations, for prevention, maximizing your healing capability & bringing out your full potential
- Practice Easy Ashtanga Yoga exercises (postures, breathing, meditation, bandhas…) for all body types
