Full Description

Now entering our 17th year, Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) is the longest running yoga teacher training program in Atlantic Canada, and the only one grounded in the teachings of Swami Kripalu and the methods of Kripalu Yoga. Our seasoned facilitators offer an in-depth training experience, drawing from their own extensive experience and training.

Our program offers highly effective methodologies to both learn to teach and go on to teach yoga as soon as you graduate. Graduates of our program tell us they feel absolutely ready to teach when they leave and have an experience and understanding of yoga that they couldn't even have imagined possible when they entered.

Our small group size (maximum 16) offers a safe, supportive environment in which to explore the practice of teaching as well as broaden and deepen your practice and understanding of Yoga.

AYTT is the only yoga teacher training recognized by the Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners Association of Nova Scotia, qualifying for 60 Primary CEU's.
