In preparation for autumn, let's join together with intention in moving from the heat and pace of summer, easing into the slower, cooling pace of Fall.
Weaving asana (poses), chanting, pranayama (breath practice) guided imagery and awareness to autumn's potent seasonal energy, you will feel awakened, rooted & balanced--ready to ease into the zeal of Fall.
After class, we will join in community and enjoy a wholesome vegetarian lunch made with love by Jenny.
