This July we are offering a chance to really experience the wisdom of harmonizing your life with the Seasonal energies through Yoga and Food. For 6 days in Retreat, we have a wonderful Space to enjoy creating a great variety of Seasonal dishes, and the Yoga that supports us during the changes that flow through each part of the year.
You will learn how to cook a host of recipes that support your personal needs and how to choose foods that balance and improve your health. As Nature teaches us each different lessons, we can learn to connect to ourselves by connecting to food and yoga to discover our own individual needs.
Swara Yoga School specializes in a form of Yoga as Medicine that uses Yoga to further connect to our Natural energies. Elemental Yoga will help you to balance your energies and find a deeper relationship to Nature. It is simple and taught in a lighthearted way, and is open to all levels of experience.
This work is based on exploring some very useful holistic philosophies that show us how to create the optimum health for your Vital Organs, and therefore create a better living experience as a holistic being.
