This will be a rejuvenating and relaxing Yin yoga session to nourish, stimulate and balance physical, emotional and energetic systems – especially beneficial to anyone who finds this time of the year difficult.
Yin yoga serves as a platform for self – enquiry. During this 3 HOUR workshop we will turn inward, explore the Lung & Large Intestine meridians and observe the differences between one side of the body and the other.
