You are welcome to arrive on retreat from 3.30pm onwards to settle in and enjoy a cup of tea. The retreat program commences at 5pm
This retreat price is inclusive of accommodation, bedding, all meals and activities including outdoor spa.

Nourishing vegetarian meals lovingly prepared by Nirala, caterer extraordinaire.
No previous experience is required to attend this retreat, it suits beginners and regular meditators alike as you will work at your own pace and enjoy the dynamics of meditating in a group.
