This weekend is all about making a deeper inner connection with your most amazing self.
Using gentle movement, deep relaxation, meditation, reflection, journal ling, walking in nature and more.
Lisa Smith from Ishtar Healing will provide a 90 minute sound journey on Saturday afternoon and Nirala will be catering so you are assured of many nourishing and delicious meals and snacks throughout the retreat.
All movement and meditation aligned with Dru Yoga techniques that are renowned for opening the heart centre and connecting you very deeply with the highest part of you.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary as you will be gently guided throughout the retreat in all activities you choose to take part in.
