Pricing depends on accommodation chosen: shared ($150), single ($180). Fees are all inclusive of transportation to/from, accommodation, meals and instruction.
In the beautiful setting of The Farm House, we indulge in the space and quiet of Nature to reconnect with our bodies, still our minds and tap into the calm and vitality that is ours through the practices of Yoga.
This month’s retreat falls during the heart of Autumn, a time when we prepare for the hibernation and introspection of colder winter this weekend retreat discover how Yoga and its many practices invite you into your space of calm, bring about clear sight and support you to asses and reassess the path that you are on and nurture your transformation to a more balanced and authentic self.
This weekend retreat includes:
-daily asana and pranayama practice (morning/afternoon)
-daily meditation: yoga nidra (deep relaxation), SWAN meditation, mantra japa
-introduction to simple yogic principles to foster awareness and overall wellbeing
-discussion/meditation & creative work to uncover how to bring yoga, mindfulness and other holistic tools into our daily life
-walk from Nagarkot to Sankhu (optonal)
-delicious vegetarian meals
-quiet time for reflection & rest
