Autumn Yoga Day Retreat
Our day retreats are very special, it'a all about you, take one day to tune into what your body really needs. Completely escape from your day to day responsibilities, leave everything behind . . . make time for yourself a priority. I know you need it.
Just remember you can’t take care of others if you’re not taking care of yourself first

Take a day for you, your body, your health.
Take a day for yourself to help you reset, asses where you are and get away from everyday stress. In our busy world we are faced with challenges that can throw us off guard, take us away from feeling calm and in control. Often we can feel overwhelmed and left feeling depleted.
The day retreat will start with a yoga practice focussing on the season we’re in - Autumn. This is a period of transition for us as the weather becomes colder and nights darker. It’s a time of assessing where we are and figure out what's working for us, what we need to let go of, shifting into a different, slower gear.
We’ll work through some breathing techniques to support our lungs and respiratory system during this time. As well as yoga postures which help to provide some warmth and support to our body.
We’ll discuss the Ayurvedic approach to Autumn and Winter looking at some routines you can add into your day and some simple dietary changes you can make to keep digestion strong and immunity high over the autumn and winter months ahead

8.30 - 9am - Arrive & Tea
9am - Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Autumn Flow
10.45am - Breakfast
11.15am - Ayurveda view
12.30 - 2pm Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
