Yoga to strengthen your contractive tone, for deep release. Heal and restore healthy organ function, release toxins, negative patterns. Strengthen lungs, improve breathing and prana vitality.

Transformational yoga practices asana, pranayama and mediation for Autumn via 5 elements metal meridians (large Intestine and lung) and
Ayurveda to stabilise vata, be grounded with warmth.
Yoga to strengthen contractive tone, enjoy deep release.
