Autumn Yoga Retreat Oct 2016 - Stunning Oxford location

Arrive at Poundon House on the afternoon of Friday for a weekend of indulging in yoga practise with asanas, meditation, pranayama and relaxation. Free time offers the opportunity for mindful walks, exploring the stunning local scenery, enjoying a treatment or massage or just enjoy relaxing in the wonderful house. Surrounded by English Countryside, the enchanting Poundon House is the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away. The house was built in 1908 for entertaining and is therefore ideally suited for our group to stay, combining beautiful communal spaces and also the opportunity for freedom and your time. You will immediately feel at home whether on the mat, in front of the fire or at the supper table. The house offers luxury accommodation at affordable prices which sets it apart from basic retreat locations.

Yoga sessions take place in a light airy warm room. The outdoors offers 6 acres of countryside, a walled garden and an orchard to explore.

Each generously sized bedroom has been carefully redecorates whilst keeping to the Edwardian era style. There are 5 deluxe bathrooms as well.

All meals, drinks and snacks are included in the cost of the retreat. The vegetarian menu has been handpicked to provide a mouth watering feast that won't leave you disappointed. The combination of our yoga and our healthy meals will leave you feeling recharged and re-energised.

As we move from Summer to Autumn our retreat provides the chance to restore mind, body and soul. The weekend is based on excellent yoga teaching sessions, your relaxation and mindfulness and enjoying good company.
