The breath renews our yoga practice each time we practice on our mat. It is the breath that makes our yoga practice fresh, transformative and deeply meaningful. Take the journey into stillness with two experienced yoga teachers Margot Porter and guest teacher Kristy Mills who will guide you through the holistic practices of active vinyasa flow, restorative asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting. The emphasis will be on following the breath into our own being - a spacious presence naturally awake and open. The breath connects us with this moment and in this moment we can directly experience our deepest self and a natural ease and grace in life.
