Autumn/Winter yoga workshop

A nurturing, grounding workshop to embrace the dark part of the year.

3.5hr workshop. Arrive 09:50 for prompt start at 10am. Bring bottle of water. All yoga equipment is provided



Full Description

As we move into winter, a slowing down is observed in nature. Our yoga practices on the workshop will reflect this as we go deep into grounding, nurturing, stabilising. We will include pranayam, visualisations & yoga nidra, along with asanas which gather energy to sustain us during this part of the year
