Experience peace, connection and bliss for 7 days at the stunning, magical Triopetra, in South of Crete, just above the Libyan Sea.
You will explore the 7 main chakras through vinyasa sequences that integrate an energetic approach to asana, pranayama, mudra, chanting and meditation to awaken to your essential natural.
In the morning, we will start with pranayama, meditation, chanting and chakra-based vinyasa allowing prana, the life energy, to flow freely.
In the afternoon, enjoy the endless, wild beaches and the great nature of Crete. The beauty of the nourishing environment within nature will be an opportunity to allow space for yourself to embody the combination of classes that work dynamically together for releasing blocked emotions and transformation.
Massages and healing therapies are also being offered at Pavlos.
In the late afternoon, we will meet for special focus sessions and sunset meditation.
Triopetra has been a place of deep renewal for both of us. It has played a significant role in deepening our love for yoga, our connection as friends, and the realization that everything is perfect right now. We would love to share our love of this very unique place with you and have fun enjoying time with students and friends who are interested in this journey of self-discovery.
