A workshop cultivating emotional and physical health and well being with Kelly Bortolin.

This deep hip flexor is one of the main culprits in lower back pain, holds chronic stress and past/present trauma, is sensitive to emotional states and affects every facet of your life from physical to well being to who you feel yourself to be and how you relate to the world.

This workshop brings awareness to the psoas and the energy locked there through mindful asana, isometric contraction and release, meditation and discussion. Also, you will learn a technique that allows the body to naturally and intrinsically release deeply held stress, anxiety and trauma in order begin to heal. A healthy psoas muscle provides resiliency, strength, stability and subtle balance that reflects wholeness and sense of safety for us on every level.
