10.00am – 10.30am Recess (Enjoy the stunning Wollongong Harbour view)
10.30am – 12.00 noon Sacred Tones Workshop (PTS Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy)
This uplifting workshop introduces a series of simple meditative techniques, as shared by John-Roger in his book Inner Worlds of Meditation. The techniques can assist in calming and healing the emotional, physical and mental levels from the stress experienced in today’s busy world.
