$60 for 4 week session: Wednesdays 7pm - 8:30pm (available to drop-in for $20/class if session is not full).

Full Description

Ayur-Yoga blends the study of Ayurveda with a yoga class. This session specifically focuses on Spring and begins with a brief overview of Ayurveda and an evaluation to determine areas that are out of balance for each participant. Remedy imbalances with specific foods, spices, yoga practices and lifestyle routines recommended for the spring season. Learn about the effects of ama, ojas, and agni on your ability to digest and assimilate and begin to move out excess weight and sluggishness brought on by winter cold and hibernation. Join Cynthia to explore yoga and Ayurveda in this informative series! Beginners welcome.
