A 4 day retreat with a daily Mysore self practice alongside the sister science of Ayurveda. Understand and practically work with your individual Ayurvedic biological constitution to bring more awareness and balance to your yoga practice and everyday life.
This retreat will include a morning self practice with KPJAYI Authorised teacher Inna Costantini and a led Yoga class for all levels and abililities.
The afternoon workshops will be focusing on the holistic system of Ayurveda with Justin Robertshaw.
These will focus on developing a better understanding of our unique Ayurvedic Mental and Physical Constitution, (Prakriti) and the Doshas of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Then how we take this Intellect through practical experience and apply into knowledge using specific Lifestyle and Diet to balance Mind, Body and Spirit collectively
Yoga Sessions will include posture work, breathing work, theory, and technique, meeting you where ever you are.
