During this 2 hours you will be introduced to this incredible science. Ayurveda and yoga are both part of a Science which is also the root to other medicine sciences like Chinese medicine and modern therapies such as chiropractic.
It give a simple way to recognise what makes you ill and what makes you healthier. This workshop will give you tool for self-healing. Sometimes we are attracted by things that aggravate our imbalances and might not be so obvious what this are from specific food, sleep to exercise. Once imbalances are set they become illnesses and can lead to chronic problems such as diabetes, IBS, obesity, ms, etc. recognising this imbalances is the best way to prevent dis-eases the natural way that fits with you particular type. An Ayurveda Yoga course will follow in spring to a complete detox and re-balance. Best time for de-tox are spring and Autumn. The course will run twice a year in tune with the seasons.
