Learn basics of the Ayurvedic doshas and morning rituals for increased balance, health and overall wellbeing.
Type of Event
In this workshop you will create a personalized morning ritual based on your specific Dosha: Abhyanga (Self oil massage), Tongue Scraping, Neti Pot, Oil Pulling, Meditation, Chanting & Pranayama, Basic Food Rules for Optimized Digestion, and Dosha Specific Yoga.
At the end of this workshop we will hold an optional information session for our 2015 Ayurveda Training!
