In this workshop we will explore the nutritional and physical needs of a body that is entering its Vata (Air) stage of life. Ayurveda is art of life and donates the practitioner with information and knowledge that will give health & longevity.
Type of Event
3 hour wshop targeting the needs of everyone who is nearly or after 50 years of age.
first half will be on nutritional needs, and the second half on how to do the most beneficial yoga poses.
The first half:
We will explore Ayurvedic nutrition principles, learn about simple techniques to prepare food and find out good food combinations to prevent disease and weight management.
The second half:
