4 Fridays from Feb 13 to March 6 5:30 PM / Yoga for healthy a back. Great for those with back concerns and for those wanting to know how to use yoga to keep their backs strong and flexible.
Starting February 6 running through March 6
A special series of yoga classes that focus specifically on your back! These classes will help you strengthen the back and core to create flexibility that will help alleviate back pain and postural problems.
Move out of the habitual behaviors that can be the cause of your back aches and pain. All are welcome including those new to yoga and beginners.
