For more than 3 years, it’s creator, chartered physiotherapist & yoga teacher, TillyLou James, has been using the Buttafly to help people from all walks of life find extraordinary relief from persistent and recurrent back problems.
This workshop will give you an opportunity to experience the Buttafly Effect under the guidance of TillyLou, and you will learn how to use the technique safely and effectively at home so that you can treat your own back any time you like.

Open to everyone who suffers from intermittent, persistent or recurrent back problems. This workshop will especially benefit those with the following conditions:
– Women following pregnancy
– People with chronic pelvic pain,
– People with arthritis of their hips or knees, especially those who struggle with a limp
– People with mild scoliosis or leg length difference
This workshop is UNSUITABLE for people with acute back pain, acute sciatica and those who are taking strong medication. If in doubt, please get in touch before booking a place.
