Flow through a mindful and fun Vinyasa sequence, which will touch on physiology and the significance of the second chakra in relation to arm balances, whilst using your asana as a tool to conquer your fears, beliefs and strengths. Salema will guide you through the preparatory structural work of Bakasana, enabling you to safely fly into this posture. For those who are comfortable in the arm balance and are looking to fly further, we will further explore how to evolve your crow into full-flight.
