Join Zain in this fun and invigorating back bending series as he guides you through progressive sequences leading up to safe and supported back extending asanas. Whether you already enjoy back bending or have some fear with it, there will be something for everyone to gain an understanding for their practice.

Zain is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher who trained extensively for years in Northern California. He travels internationally to teach yoga workshops across different countries and communities. Join him here at Namastday for his current residency in Los Angeles.
