Open for those who have never walked the Ashtanga journey and would like to begin, or those who are already on the path, and would like to deepen their understanding of the practice, we invite you to a series of 3 workshops to explore the fundamentals of the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and how it works to bring ease and steadiness to the body and mind. With theory, one learns to practice with skillful and sensitive awareness, and to correct patterns and develop pathways of energy and information in the body-mind system.
