The work will be gradual and precise, but here the emphasis is on creating ease in the asana: better orientation, grounding, breathing and general quietness. It is designed for students with at least some years of Iyengar Yoga experience and who regularly practice the more advanced backward extension asanas like Urdhva Dhanurasana.
