The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal, a time to contemplate the symmetry of nature, and to invite that balance into your life. This is the perfect time to step away from your daily life and immerse yourself in nature's beauty, in yoga's healing and recharging power, and in your own potential for a healthy, balanced, blissful life. A time to Balance & Replenish.
Two yoga classes, a morning guided meditation and three consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian meals outline your daily schedule. In between is plenty of time to hike the gorgeous grounds, escape to the beach, indulge in a massage or curl up in your cottage with a good book. Ratna Ling is a remote, consciously designed and environmentally sustainable retreat center located in the redwood forests of Sonoma County just 90 miles north of San Francisco. The beach is a ten minute drive or one hour walk.
