In this soothing and practical workshop we will investigate the 5 prana vayus (prana, samana, vyana, udana and apana), how they relate to areas of the body, how they affect our vital energy and how they can assist us living to our fullest potential. We will practice restorative yoga, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the breath as well as pranayama (conscious breathing). We will close with a deeply nourishing yoga nidra in order to dissolve into stillness. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
