Balancing your Chakras with Yoga & Essential Oils
Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow. In this class we will allow the energy to flow.

The Chakras are energy-awareness centers throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, that run along the spine. Connected to our physical body in an emotional level.
Just like our physical body takes in food, our energetic body collects information and energy from the outside world through our Chakra system. The Chakras not only “receive” energy, but they also digest it or process it.
In this class you will start to understand the energy centers – Chakras – and how to work with them through your daily life, using the essential oils (to assist in the opening, balancing and activation of the chakras) and yoga posses (to move and release the energy) as tools to assist the work to balance them so the energy flows, bringing radiant health, freedom and consciousness
