Full Description

This 7 day/6 night retreat is hosted at Sarinbuana Ecolodge on Bali. Bali, is a stunning island characterized by the kindness of the Balinese, stunning rice terraces, beautiful architecture, and a palpable Hindu culture. You will have the opportunity to not only move deeper into your yoga practice, but also experience Balinese culture and connect with the natural surroundings of Sarinbuana.

Autumn is an experienced yoga instructor that specializes in a hatha-vinyasa style that gently challenges her students. Her classes offer modifications to make asanas more accessible or more challenging and she commonly takes the time to workshop specific asanas based on the needs of the group. Evening classes will be either restorative yoga or asana workshop depending on the day's activities.

In addition to accommodation, meals, twice daily yoga, and yogic discussions this retreat also includes one Balinese massage, a temple offering or cooking class, and a guided hike to a local temple.

Autumn also incorporates a day of seva into her retreats. It provides an opportunity to connect with the local people, exchange knowledge, lend a hand and create lasting relationships and memories. This is always a favorite day for attendees.
