The Bareskin Yoga Retreat is an opportunity to break away and get back in touch with your body in paradise.

A 3-day retreat to dive into the depth of you. Strip yourself bare, take off what you don’t need. Let go and liberate. Are you ready to breathe life back into your very being?

2PM Meet at MAYA Mall
(Huay Kaew Road entrance) for transportation to The Oriental Village (45 min out of Chiang Mai)
There is parking available atThe Oriental Village for those transporting themselves.

3PM-5:30PM Arrival and Check-in
Get settled into your room, relax and explore the property.

5:30PM-6:30PM Welcome and Opening Meditation
Introduction and full-body guided meditation by Tarin which will allow you to get you bare and set an intention for your time at the retreat. This will be a conscious and mindful arrival in your body.

6:30PM-8PM Dinner
Enjoy your first deliciously prepared Thai meal with other guests (all dietary requirements can be catered for with notice) Unique introductory games and icebreakers, led by Tarin.

8PM-9:15PM Bareskin Yoga Restorative Flow
A guided, beginner friendly movement class focusing on the grounding and centering of your breath and body to support sound sleep.

9:30PM Optional Night Swim
Enjoy a drink and some funky tunes by the pool to wind down.

7:30AM-9AM Morning Sunrise Yoga
Start the morning with an energising vinyasa flow that will focus on breath, alignment and nervous system functionality leaving you ready to take on the day (beginner friendly).

9AM-10AM Breakfast
Group meal full of flavour and love to fuel you for the day.

10:30AM-2PM Trip to the Sankampaeng Caves and Hot springs
Excursion to visit the Sankampaeng caves and hot springs for hiking, exploring and swimming (bathing suits required for public pools at hot springs).

2PM-4PM Lunch & Free time

4PM-5:30PM Chakra Balancing Workshop
Tarin will lead you through a variety of techniques to revitalise and restore your energy. Chakra is the Hindu name given to the energy centres of our body. These swirling vortexes regulate our flow of energy and life force. To maintain a healthy energetic balance we need to care for our life-force energy. This session teaches you to self-regulate and balance these centres.

6:30PM-8PM Dinner

8PM-9:15PM Bareskin Yoga Chakra Flow
A gentle yoga class focused on movement of the energy centres from the chakra workshop to bring balance to the physical body.

9:30PM Optional Night Swim
Enjoy a drink, interactive games and some tunes by the pool to wind down.

7:30AM-9:00AM Morning Yoga Practice
In our morning Yoga classes we take our Vinyasa flows to the next level optimising alignment & nervous system functionality and incorporating the entire eight step process of Raja Yoga. Commit, move, breathe, focus, relax the mind, observe and be the all in one session.

9h00-10h00 Breakfast

10:30AM-11:30AM Mind, Body & Spirit Integration
During this Meditation session you will review your experience, reconnect with your intention and put your life back into perspective. You will now reflect on the balance and centering that you have created within yourself!

12:30PM-1:30PM Lunch

2PM Check Out and Departure
