Basic Yoga 101 Foundation
Yoga 101Basic Foundation is a beginner workshop. This course is suitible for students who have no xperience in yoga. You will learn about basic yoga philosophy, do's and don't of yoga and what to do - expectancy when you go to a Yoga class.

The basic postures of the "fountain of Youth" - Sun Salutation and some Basic Yoga Psychology with History, Kriya's and Beginner Pranayama- Breathing technique thought by Certified Yoga Therapist and BodyworkTherapist Silvia Voss.
Through your own experience and being guided with your yoga practice your awarness increases and your confidence and your abbility to cope with everday challenges.
Deepening your knowledge by learning modifications, correct alignment and breathe patterns ..balance is archived.
Expect a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and focus on learning how you can improve or modify yoga poses and learn meditation at the end of class
Beginner taught basic 12 Hatha yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga poses or deepen your yoga technique and pose.
