Having suffered depression on and off all my adult life. I finally found something that worked on every level. YOGA !!!! Yoga gave me the power to beat the blues, giving my life a balance I never thought possible.
In this workshop, aimed at all levels, I will help you find out how the ancient art of Yoga can help you to combat the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Demonstrating simple yoga poses that will help you feel good on a physical level. Working on Pranayama’s (breath-work), to help calm the mind and the body, as well as a few simple meditation techniques to bring calmness to the mind. Along with a discussion on the benefits of each. You will be able to take from this workshop, techniques which will help in your everyday life.
