This course for beginners in Aerial Yoga will consists of two sessions:

Do you feel that Aerial Yoga is out of your reach? Do the poses seem undoable and a little acrobatic?
Allow me to debunk and demystify common misconceptions and preconceived ideas about this style of yoga.
During the two part series of classes I will touch on the origin of Aerial, basic terminology and the not so very obvious differences between a floor based practise and an aerial yoga class. Together we will workshop There will be more than enough time to explore the basic principles and poses of aerial.

During this session we will look at the basics of aerial yoga including origin, setup and basic terminology. We will also set up the hammock and adjust it to your height and workshop all the basic poses. Thereafter we will do a full class with all the basics incorporated, finishing with thé best Shavasana you will ever experience.
25th of May 11h30 - 13h30
The last two hours of your beginner sessions will touch on the basic principles of safe backbending and inversions using the hammock. We will have some serious fun while exploring the space/time continuum with our bodies and the hammocks taking flight to the edges of infinity.
