Introduction to Svaroopa(R) Yoga using alignments and adjustments to assist student in various yoga poses to release core muscle tensions in the body. A yoga everyone can do!

Free to new students and/or student who bring a friend. $18 for regular student
Introductory class to Svaroopa(R) yoga- Assist in developing one's own body awareness by starting at the tailbone and working up through the spine with yoga poses. Teaching the students about anatomy and the effect of the poses on the body. Exposing the beginning student to recognizing the differences in their own body with return to the initial yoga poses and finding the "bliss" at the end of class with guided awareness in Shavasana.
