$120 - 5 weeks, includes unlimited other yoga classes at The Yogashala during the 5 weeks and a personal consultation after the series is completed to further support your yoga journey.

In this 5 week beginner series you will build your knowledge of poses each week. We will learn about styles of yoga, how to foster the mind body connection, and the many benefits of yoga both physically and mentally. Gain confidence in common breathing techniques, poses, and sun salutations. Learn meditation, alignment and how to bring yoga into your every day life. Each week will build up to a full practice in the final week so that students can step into any studio class and feel at ease.

Total beginners or those returning to yoga and looking for a fresh start are welcomed!
