Beginners' Course - Hatha Yoga
This 8 week Beginners’ Hatha Yoga Course will dispel any concerns about about your flexibility, strength, stability, age or ability to relax! Perfect for those wanting to start Yoga but feeling a little intimidated.
Evidence suggests that Yoga (or ‘union') is a panacea for both body and mind - and the only pre-requisite - a flexible attitude!

8 week Beginners Hatha Yoga course, Monday evenings 6.30 - 7.45pm
Jude will teach some of the basic tools of yoga, each week building on the essentials of a safe and rewarding practice (modifying where possible4 for injuries or other issues) - with a strong emphasis on the most important aspect of Yoga - the use of our breath.
Learning (or reviewing) the foundational postures of Hatha Yoga we will integrate simple but effective meditation & breath control practices, an occasional chant and of course those coveted relaxation techniques!
Suitable for all ages (ideally over 16)/ genders, whether complete or repeat beginners.
