Beginners Foundation cursus
A 14 week Yoga Foundation course on Wednesdays from 18.45 – 20.15 hours. This course is especially for those who want to start with Yoga or for those who already have some experience but would like to establish a stronger foundation in asanas, breathing exercises and meditation.

Feeling anxious about starting with yoga? Afraid of not being flexible enough? Looking for a place to explore yoga and its benefits for your body and mind? Or are you an experienced yogi interested in going back to basic and unraveling the asanas? Then join the Yoga foundation course. In these classes we will look into the asanas (yoga postures) as well as breathing exercises to feel more relaxed or energized. Also we will focus on meditation techniques: a proven way to clear your mind.
