Beginners Pilates - 6 week course
6 week beginner's introduction to pilates. Embody's foundation courses are a safe and gentle introduction to the many health and fitness benefits of mat-based Pilates. You will learn the fundamental techniques associated with the Pilates method giving you the confidence to attend any of our drop-in classes scheduled throughout the week.
